My partner and I had an amazing weekend at a lovely hotel on the outskirts of a picturesque town. the staff were incredibly helpful and even arranged for our late check, in. the rooms were clean, cozy, and featured top, notch bathroom amenities. the breakfast was mouth, watering, and we didn't mind spending extra time savouring it. We were impressed by the range of activities, such as swimming and cycling, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. the view from the balcony was also breathtaking, one of our many room advantages.
The reception lied to another guest about the availability of balconies.

Had a Christmas stay in a hotel. Loved the beautiful surroundings and delicious food offered by the hotel. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel's key location made it easy to go for a stroll in nearby areas. It was an added advantage that we could involve ourselves in a range of recreational activities.
The hotel staff needed more training on customer service. Most of the staff members lacked a warm and welcoming attitude, and their behavior was not friendly.

the breakfast was a standout, with a wide variety of items offered and a great attention to detail. the location was also convenient , close to amenities and key attractions.
The only negative aspect was some slight confusion with the temperature control in my room. this was likely due to my own lack of understanding.
